On Arbor Day, April 26, 2002, Leeper's lawn Service Inc. donated and planted an Autumn Purple Ash at the Veteran's Memorial Park on O'Day Road. The tree was the first step of a future Memorial to be built in the Park. This was part of a continued effort to help beautify the Fort Wayne Community.
